 Beef -- Just one  3-oz serving of lean beef supplies 51% of an average adult's daily protein needs, 38% of zinc, 14% of iron, and contributes nine essential nutrients.  A serving qualifies as "lean" if it has less than 10 grams total fat, 4.5 grams or less saturated fat and less than 95 miligrams cholesterol per 3.5 oz. serving.  There are 29 cuts of beef that meet the USDA's guidelines for lean.


We offer a 10% discount for purchasing a whole beef and 5% discount for purchasing a half.
